Amazon and Immutable Partner Together For Crypto Gaming

Immutable has partnered with AWS) to build out infrastructure solutions for blockchain gaming. This is a persistent issue for developers when trying to launch and scale. Developers using the Immutable X chain can also participate in AWS Activate which offers protocols technical support, up to $100,000 in AWS credits, and additional resources. The end goal of the collaboration is a comprehensive solution for game developers.
Immutable X, known for supporting crypto games such as Gods Unchained and Guild of Guardians, which are two of the more popular games found on Ethereum. AWS, a prominent cloud computing provider, aims to foster the growth of the blockchain gaming by supporting companies through its ISV Accelerate Program. Crypto gaming will take off one day, but it needs solid infrastructure to make that happen.
Caroline Ellison Claims SBF Told Her To Steal Customer Funds

Former Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison testified against Sam Bankman-Fried, accusing him of directing her to commit crimes. We learned that the insurance fund was fake just yesterday, but the odds grow bleaker by the day for Sam. Ellison claimed that SBF orchestrated the setup allowing Alameda to take $14 billion from FTX customer funds, using $10 billion to repay lenders. Additionally, there were allegations about manipulating the balance sheet by adding Paper Bird, a company holding FTX shares, to present a less risky image.
Prosecutors are positing that SBF deceived customers by diverting funds from FTX for risky trades on Alameda. Above all, it is looking like any numbers that users saw on FTX were just that: numbers, without any backing. What once appeared to be a complex web of transactions are but a stupid set of actions that ultimately led to the downfall of FTX.
Trader Joe’s (The Grocery Store) Sues Trader Joe (The DEX) Over Trademark Infringement

Trader Joe's (a famous grocery store chain in the United States) is once again trying to attack Trader Joe (the DEX) for trademark infringement. In a recently filed lawsuit, the grocery chain is seeking damages equivalent to all profits from the DeFi platform, compensation for the brand, and additional damages for its "erroneous" loss last year in the United Nations' court. Trader Joe's alleges that the DEX capitalized on its name and insists on the immediate seizure of all affiliated websites and the permanent shutdown of the protocol. The legal battle resurfaced after a failed attempt by Trader Joe's last year when the United Nations dismissed the case.
The lawsuit highlights the fact that the grocery store chain remains unhappy with the ruling of the previous case that was dismissed by the UN. The legal documents state that the defendants (DEX) fabricated a false story about the project's name, and the representations were known to be false. Trader Joe's seeks to rectify what it perceives as a misleading use of its brand and recover damages from the DeFi platform.
